The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine does hereby decree:

For the long-term faithful work aimed at recognition of Ukraine as a market-economy country and contribution to development of its foreign-economic relations with foreign states, the staff of the All-Ukrainian public organization, the International Trade-Club in Ukraine, is hereby awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and presented with the decoration.
